- My virus checker is blocking Bird Journal. How do I fix it? Bird Journal is occasionally flagged by mistake on Windows. Adding an exclusion is the fix.
- Why are dates showing in US format when I am in the UK? The desktop app follows Windows' own date settings, and is fussier about them than most applications.
