Create a Windows Phone version of Bird Journal
Obviously times have changed a bit since this was raised, and Windows Phones have been discontinued.
Closing to be clear and return votes for use on other suggestions.
We’ve started work on a web version of Bird Journal, which may be of interest to anyone still with a Windows Phone/Tablet device in use: http://support.birdjournal.com/forums/262707-general/suggestions/6479221-create-a-web-version

We'll have the web version of Bird Journal within a few months which you should be able to use from Windows phone. Also, the v5 Windows app runs nicely on Surface tablets.
At this time though, I would say it is unlikely we'll have a Windows Phone app unless the market changes significantly.

Birding is all about being mobile.....for those of us with Windows phones, this is not possible. Please create a Windows app for us.

Update: Things are looking up with Windows 10 - it appears to make it easier for Android/iOS app developers, especially with "universal" apps that can run on both desktop & mobile.
-
We'll soon be creating a combined mac/web/Windows app: http://support.birdjournal.com/forums/262707-general/suggestions/6312991-mac-version
This will run on Windows Phone as a website, but not a native app, so not suited for use in the field.

Steve's comments from an idea that was merged into this one: "I know I've asked before, but is there any light at the end of the tunnel to develop an App for this phone? More people are now using Windows Phones and it is always a shame to see company's leaving this format out when developing Apps. With the coming Windows 10 which will work on all Windows devices, surely this is the time to do it as 1 App will work on any windows 10 platform."

I've asked about this a few times, but until it grows in the market, Justin said they wouldn't look at it. However, I don't know about you, but there seems to be a lot of people using these now!
