    Yes it is. Create a custom Checklist and copy existing list and edit it. If you do not see a list you can copy check the Library section and install one that is as close as possible, e.g. Birds of the United States (IOC).

    I should have added, I would think this function would most likely only be available in the Premium version. For the most part people would only want to record the basics of their observations.
