Add HBWC to the library
HBWC taxonomy takes its inputs from all available "fixed" taxonomies on a collaborative basis and is under constant review. Have you considered adding an HBW World list to the library?

It may not be worth a great deal of effort in developing a new taxonomy at this time. There is a major effort underway to standardize the different taxonomies and this will be the subject of meeting as part of the next International Ornithological Conference.

Fair enough. I do appreciate that taxonomies probably take up most of your time.

Only if there was a lot of interest. Maintaining taxonomies is a lot of work and we already have two world bird taxonomies. (IOC applies many updates from HBW I believe)
