Allow customise Species Progress graphs on summary page
It would be useful to be able to customise the graph on the Summary Page as I have little use for birds seen last day, last month etc so would like to take them off. However I would like fields like UK list, European list etc. Having facilities to customise this will be great as people can get the counts they want as soon as they go into the program.

have lists separate on summary so holiday birds are not included in uk year total, but show up as the number birds seen at a location outside uk,ie Spanish year total

Would be great if you could have a drop down box/switch on the summary page of the app to quickly switch between World summaries and UK summaries.

It would be nice to add a drop-down list next to the "Species Progress" text to select between Orders (Birds, Mammals, Reptiles, etc.) so that you can easily view a summary chart of each type of animal. Defaulting to birds, of course.

Should also cover showing subspecies counts.
-
Should also cover showing counts for non-bird species.

Being able to select various lists on an annual and total basis would be good. In addition to life list, having annual and life list for selected patch(es) and country(ies) would be nice addition to the summary screen. And being able to click on the bar to get a species breakdown would be helpful.

I'm mostly using Bird Journal to record butterflies which it basically does very well indeed. However all of the summaries of species counts both in the android and windows desktop software show birds only. Given that I have set my primary taxonomy to be Butterflies of Europe, couldn't the summaries show butterfly species counts instead? Or select somewhere?

In addition to being able to customise the graphs, is it possible to customise the 'Summary' at the start of BJ which lists birds seen Today, 7 days, calendar week etc that is currently based species rather than birds. e.g. a Chiffchaff and a Siberian Chiffchaff only count as a single species rather than two birds. Is there a way of changing this summary to be based on birds or listing both birds and species at each level i.e. today, 7 days etc.?

I would like the Android version to allow the selection of counts on the home screen by location too, e.g. United Kingdom, Essex, Scotland
