Does this meet your needs? Or are iPad app changes still desirable too?

Does it work out of Wi-Fi or GSM coverage? Probably not and a lot of trips to view wildlife take you way out of coverage (in the UK I live outside of mobile coverage and I'm only a few miles from a reasonable sized town!!!

(Need iPad and iPhone improvements to be a viable solution)
