If you have already created an account on another computer or device you, you will not have access to all of your records.
This can be easily solved. We've put together a series of simple steps that allow you to reset your account and create a new account from the computer or device with your main Bird Journal records.

- What devices and computers you're using the new Bird Journal on
- On which device or computer you created your account
- If you were using one of our earlier mobile apps, whether your desktop software's records are up-to-date
