Why is my email not recognised?

The concept of a Bird Journal Account was introduced in version 4.

If you haven't yet created an account using one of the Bird Journal apps, you will need to do this first before signing in, or upgrading to a Bird Journal Premium Subscription.

Creating an account also imports your records from versions 1, 2 or 3 of Bird Journal. It is required to create your account using the device or computer that holds your complete records, so that your complete records are imported. If you've not yet downloaded the Bird Journal app onto that computer or device, you can install it by visiting our website.

If you've already created an account on your mobile device and would like to reset this to create your account on your computer, please get in touch and we'll help you do this.

Once your account has been created, you can sign in to Bird Journal using the same email address and password on other devices and computers. You can also upgrade your account to a Bird Journal Premium subscription by entering the email address used for your account.
